Remote Coaching

At Common Ground, we take a more holistic approach by creating a positive lifting environment and camaraderie. Fuel by passion and desire to lift heavy weights overhead.

By focusing not only on lifting heavy weights but also on developing proper technique and position, and timing. Each training session is carefully structured to maximize your progress and ensure a well-rounded and effective workout experience. By seamlessly integrating mobility exercises, technique drills, and building comprehensive strength into each session for the Clean & Jerk and Sntach.

We cover:

  • Technique/Skill work: drills and skill work to reinforce proper mechanics and movement patterns.

  • Lifting practice (Clean Jerk Snatch): The bulk of the program dedicated to learning the lifts

  • Strength: compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls to target major muscle groups and build a foundation of strength to support your lifts.

  • Accessory & Core: accessory drills and core strengtheners to improve joint stability and create a more solid core.
